Where can I reset my password?

If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Password?" option below the Log In button:

  • Enter the email address that your ADVANCE account is registered under then click the "RESET" button.
  • An email containing a temporary password will be sent to your registered email address which you can then use to log into your account.

NOTE: The best way to login and edit your password seamlessly is to first Copy/Paste the temporary password into the password field to get into your account, then use the Edit Profile Information option in the Profile Menu and Paste your temporary password into the Current Password field to change your password.
