Troubleshooting steps for long upload or upload error
Troubleshooting Steps:
  1. Chat with us (bottom right corner) or email us at support@insightadvance.com to let us know you are experiencing an issue.
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Check your video file size
  4. Check that video file is on computer, not mobile device
 
If internet is generally slow, take these steps:
  1. Plug laptop into ethernet cable or transfer file to computer that is plugged into ethernet
  2. Plan to upload at a place with better internet connections
 
If video file size is over 1 GB (or 1,000,000 KB), compress or convert the file. Try one of the following options:
 
If file is on mobile device, we recommend transferring to computer/laptop then uploading.
